Looks like we could be one step closer to seeing the Landmark Hotel, or some hotel, get finished. NBC29 is reporting that details have been set for a June 18, 2012 auction at the Federal courthouse. Bidding will start at $3 million and a $200,000 deposit will be required. It’s expected to cost $16 million and take 9 months to finish.
