Ian Boden now chef at Blue Light

What was sad news in Staunton–the closing of the much-talked-about Staunton Grocery, the farm-to-table inspired eatery in the Queen City created by chef/owner Ian Boden–has turned into good news for the DTM.

“I took over as Executive Chef at Blue Light Grill on the downtown mall in Charlottesville, bringing all the great farmers, wonderful products and creativity with me,” says Boden in a recent email. ” I truly look forward to cooking for all of you again, and building on what you helped me accomplish in the years past.”
