5:30 pm – The Salvation Army’s National Capital Band begins parade on the Downtown Mall and marches to Main Street Arena. 6:00 – 7:00 pm – Band performs at Main Street Arena, games and exhibits. 7:00 pm – Special recognition and more games, food and drawings.
