No, it’s not the Landmark. A site plan for one of those homey Residence Inns by Marriott has been submitted. The 133-room hotel will go up at the corner of Ridge/McIntire and West Main at 301 West Main and is being designed by Clark Gathright and Dagget & Grigg Architects. The hotel will have structured parking included. No word yet on any timeline for the project. The photo is of the Residence Inn at 1111 Millmont Street.
